Shooting Sessions

Now you can take advantage of the same equipment the NBA, WNBA, and College teams use to develop their jump shot. Our shooting sessions will help players build confidence shooting the basketball.

Each shooting session allows players the opportunity to increase muscle memory and shooting accuracy. Your shooting percent rate will rapidly boost at Buckets!

Athletes receive immediate feedback during their workout to make the necessary corrections and increase efficiency. ​

SHOOTING SESSIONS INCLUDE:

  • 45 minutes of instructor guided shooting workout on the shooting machine

  • 30 minutes weight room strength and conditioning
