10th Anniversary Season

  • Allow prospective members to experience the culture & atmosphere of NY Havoc. Evaluations are workouts, attend as many as you like!

  • Lady Ballers able to show their skills to NY Havoc coaches in a structured environment

  • Opportunity for coaches to evaluate returning Bluebloods & identify prospective future Bluebloods

  • You must attend at least one Evaluation to be considered for a team. You are more than welcome to attend multiple Evaluations

  • Each Evaluation is led by Terrance Florence, NY Havoc Program Director. Includes: Skills Training and Team Play

  • Evaluations are conducted by Terrance Florence, Steve Delisle & NY Havoc Staff

Holiday Break Skills Academy

December 26th, December 27th, December 30th & December 31st

8:30am-12pm

Boys & Girls 3rd-8th Grade

$45/Day or $160 Four Days (12/26, 12/27, 12/30, 12/31)

Players will have the chance to train in a fun, focused, and safe environment with demanding on-court offensive training. Shooting repetitions on our shooting machines, along with skill training give athletes a complete workout. Finishing the day playing 3 vs 3.

Total Training with TFLO

Complete training program to prepare and educate athletes to assist in maximizing their potential

Two hour sessions complete with skill development, shooting on our shooting machines & strength training. This program provides everything an athletes needs to take their game to another level.

Biddy Buckets 2nd-6th Grade

  • 90 Minutes of skill development for athletes looking to expand their knowledge and skill.

  • Packages do NOT have to be booked when purchased. Packages are added to athletes account. Sessions can be scheduled whenever their schedule allows. Packages NEVER expire. Total training will continue through winter into spring. Sessions will be offered daily through winter with a reduced schedule.

  • Athletes should arrive at least 10 minutes before start time.

  • Cancellation Policy: Sessions can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before scheduled session. No changes or credits will be given within 24 hour window. No exceptions.

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

Individual training is the best way for athletes to improve their individual skill sets. Athletes can fine tune all aspects of their game. Individual training helps players bring their game to the next level by increasing confidence through repetition. They will develop specific skill sets, and will be able to apply to real game situations.

Upstate Hoops Summit is full day of skills training, competition & knowledge to maximize the potential of every athlete. Parents & athletes will receive beneficial information to allow families to take home to ensure athletes take advantage of any opportunity that presents itself through the game of basketball.

On November 3rd, participants take in full schedule of skills training and knowledge presented by some of the best in their fields. Bring your note books to soak up all this summit has to offer.

Athletes received reversible Upstate Hoop Summit reversible jersey, lunch & tools to maximize every ounce of potential they posses.

OUR FACILITY

Our 6,500 square foot training facility provides 3 shooting stalls with basketball shooting machines, a brand-new weight room and both a half court and full court space.

All fully operational and ready to train young athletes and give them the tools to get stronger to improve their game on the court.

All workouts are guided and evaluated by experienced and knowledgeable instructors.

Meet Our Founder

TERRANCE 'T-FLO' FLORENCE

Terrance ‘T-FLO’ Florence takes great pride in helping young athletes realize their greatest level of performance on the court. Terrance has been providing athletes opportunities to broaden their basketball skills since he came to the capital region over 20 years ago in 2000. From shooting form to maximizing endurance, T-Flo customizes performance plans to cultivate the use of essential techniques, competencies and acquire new valuable skills. With a devotion to the game of basketball, T-Flo aims to build athletes that will lead on and off the court. His powerful coaching skills coupled with his ability to network amongst the NCAA circuit has positioned numerous young athletes for college commitments nationwide.

T-Flo is a subject matter expert with industry rules and regulations which includes the NCAA student athlete code of conduct.

In 2015, Terrance established the prominent female player development program - New York Havoc Basketball Club. The club was recently called up to compete on a national level under the sponsorship of Under Armour ®, Inc. Since 2017, Florence and NY HAVOC have sent nearly 70 females on to play at the college level with approximately 40 of them on either full or partial athletic scholarship.

T-Flo has coached and managed several other notable Travel basketball (AAU) program’s teams including, but not limited to; City Rocks EYBL, Saratoga Sparks, and AC Davies. Terrance has also coached scholastically at Albany Academy for Boys, Heatly School and Albany Leadership Charter High School for Girls.

Although Terrance’s life tends to revolve around the game of basketball, in his free time he loves to travel, participate in CrossFit, eat good food, horseback ride and frequent the movie theater. If you see Terrance, his dog ‘Swish’ is not far behind him. Florence resides in Albany, NY.
